Angelo Urtsua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Terra in the 25th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goal looked a bit too open when Dé Terra came free, but Angelo Urtsua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnaba Kolba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Urtsua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Barnaba Kolba might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Urtsua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barnaba Kolba ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Barnaba Kolba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urtsua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barnaba Kolba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelo Urtsua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Kolba in the 53rd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Vivaldo Ferreira in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Caballeritos del Baile's Elvio Larpe. Clemente Medeiros made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Caballeritos del Baile's Elvio Larpe. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barnaba Kolba in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Urtsua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Barnaba Kolba got free with Angelo Urtsua in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barnaba Kolba in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Urtsua saved Caballeritos del Baile from getting behind. Barnaba Kolba had several of the Caballeritos del Baile's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Angelo Urtsua as he didn't even see the shot coming. Callegari's Taco Van Der Hoorn was substituted for Barnaba Kolba. Callegari made a substitution. Marcelinho Sergipano replaced Fred Monteiro. Taco Van Der Hoorn might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Urtsua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taco Van Der Hoorn ran back to his position shaking his head. Caballeritos del Baile's Angelo Urtsua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 94th minute of play.
