Roch Felenak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petter Eirod having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Roch Felenak took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Petter Eirod to make any attempt to save it. 11 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Felenak came free, but Petter Eirod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Pointe Courte's attentive Dan Black managed to snatch the ball when Anton Fridolin made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. In the 16th minute Donald Liktensteen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Yang Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gao Yang Yan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donald Liktensteen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Wagn Nytoft cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gao Yang Yan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roch Felenak got free with Petter Eirod in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petter Eirod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Felenak in the 29th minute of play. Petter Eirod came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by La Pointe Courte's Gianluca Prestin. But to his dismay, Gianluca Prestin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Petter Eirod made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Roch Felenak sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Roch Felenak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Petter Eirod. That made the score 4-1 in the 43 minute of play. In the 47th minute Donald Liktensteen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Yang Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Felenak to make the kick off. Anton Fridolin made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by La Pointe Courte's Dan Black. 55 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Felenak came free, but Petter Eirod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Yves Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petter Eirod was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute Torsten Akselvad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Yang Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Yves Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 minutes of play, La Pointe Courte's Yves Leite made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petter Eirod was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sletteenge made a substitution. Wilhelm Blegvad replaced Torsten Akselvad. Sletteenge made a substitution. Petter Eirod was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yves Leite in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petter Eirod saved Sletteenge from getting behind. The La Pointe Courte players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
