The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Täger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Täger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Heredia in the 17th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Heredia took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Eztebe. Roberto Eztebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mario Sesuldo charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ronaldo Fenomeno made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Emanuel Löfkvist immediately put the ball in play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Jan Hop who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Parque Europa FC's Luis Täger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
