The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A very good chance. In the 11th minute Fred Ostermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Dominix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Dominix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spetzenfeldth Owen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The supporters of Black Dog F.C. booed when EL FIRULETE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Wood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonel Garikoitz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. EL FIRULETE's Kader Wing got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Spetzenfeldth Owen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Dominix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Serwach having to interfere. Valter Xabat in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olgierd Serwach, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Spetzenfeldth Owen took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Dominix. With a little luck, EL FIRULETE's Olgierd Serwach got control of the ball when Valter Xabat tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half EL FIRULETE were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the EL FIRULETE defense, Israel Walme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olgierd Serwach. The EL FIRULETE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olgierd Serwach should have stopped the shot. The EL FIRULETE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
