Alfred Orling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Albino Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Team Pogba's Albino Maiorga threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bennvar Nickler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arthur Van Brusselen's late challenge caught a Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur Van Brusselen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Demetrius Xande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bennvar Nickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bennvar Nickler took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Maiorga. Albino Maiorga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Team Pogba's Lech Urban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Mlekodaj in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Gustavo Ondino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Team Pogba's Alfred Orling quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Albino Maiorga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Máximo Čapo in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Nickler came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 57th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Cosme to maneuver through the defense. If Bennvar Nickler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elias Santxol charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Santxol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene made a substitution. Gaspar Pomelov replaced Tolek Mlekodaj. In the 72nd match minute, Team Pogba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Máximo Čapo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Team Pogba getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Máximo Čapo hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Bennvar Nickler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Maiorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Ademar Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Team Pogba's Andre Ridgeway was substituted for Máximo Čapo. Ademar Cosme hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casey Gough in the 89th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Team Pogba booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Ondino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennvar Nickler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Nickler in the 94th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Team Pogba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
