Heavenly Hooters's Bill Peterson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Tuck in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Gul Keep had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fazıl Özgenalp. Gul Keep made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Bukay Saka sent off a good shot on target. Robert Hammond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bill Peterson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bill Peterson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Hammond in the 47th minute of play.

Gul Keep stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fazıl Özgenalp's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Ribeiro during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Heavenly Hooters booed when Garlic Eaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Saverio Ribeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gul Keep skillfully saved the ball. Heavenly Hooters's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
