The crowd rose to their feet as Sokratis Providas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christos Vlachakis. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Christos Vlachakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giannis Nekos in the 12th minute. A collision led to YELLOW FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Akis Koutras hit a great ball. The supporters of YELLOW FC booed when Seahawks V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demis Zindros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 minutes of play, YELLOW FC's Fivos Kagouras made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniil Kouroupetroglou was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 23 played minutes Seahawks V55 got a freekick which was hit by Sakis Kritikos. Daniil Kouroupetroglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Triantopoulos in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Seahawks V55's Christos Vlachakis threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sokratis Providas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to YELLOW FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Babbis Prattis hit a great ball. Sakis Kritikos took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christos Vlachakis. Christos Vlachakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 34th minute of the match, Thanos Kalfoglou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christos Vlachakis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 35th minute of the match, Giannis Nekos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christos Vlachakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Christos Vlachakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sokratis Providas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 37th play minutes Sokratis Providas shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Christos Vlachakis and just under the crossbar into goal. 44 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Christos Vlachakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giannis Nekos. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Nekos in the 51st minute of play forced YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Christos Vlachakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Seremeglis hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Vassilis Koliopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniil Kouroupetroglou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vassilis Koliopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. Christos Vlachakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakis Kritikos in the 59th minute of play. Petros Soumedakis kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Daniil Kouroupetroglou stood somewhat misplaced when Nikos Triantopoulos came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 63 minute. In the 66th minute, Giannis Nekos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Vlachakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. YELLOW FC's Christos Vlachakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Nekos in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Sokratis Providas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Vlachakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seahawks V55's Daniil Kouroupetroglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Triantopoulos in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, YELLOW FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikos Loukmas to maneuver through the defense. Christos Vlachakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Nekos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes YELLOW FC got a freekick which was hit by Fivos Kagouras. 81 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Nekos came free, but Christos Vlachakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Giannis Nekos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sokratis Providas during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of YELLOW FC booed when Seahawks V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sokratis Providas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seahawks V55's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
