After a rather tough play, Seahawks V55's Demis Zindros got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Giotis Diamantopoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Koukoulas. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Dimitris Koukoulas took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Giotis Diamantopoulos to make any attempt to save it. 16 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Giotis Diamantopoulos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Koukoulas. Giotis Diamantopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos D Artagnan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Giotis Diamantopoulos came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Horses's Antonis Ikonomeas. But to his dismay, Antonis Ikonomeas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 24 played minutes Seahawks V55 got a freekick which was hit by Iordanis Kopanakis. Demis Mitsis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giotis Diamantopoulos. Seahawks V55's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Seahawks V55 getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Iordanis Kopanakis hit a great ball. If Antonis Ikonomeas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Green Horses booed when Seahawks V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordanis Kopanakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantinos D Artagnan was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Antonis Ikonomeas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giotis Diamantopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Horses's Wlodzimierz Rawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Tsimilis in the 61st minute of play. Nikos Tsimilis hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Charalambos Kamateros hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Iordanis Kopanakis's late challenge caught a Green Horses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordanis Kopanakis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Green Horses booed when Seahawks V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iordanis Kopanakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Green Horses's Demis Mitsis got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iordanis Christodoulakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wlodzimierz Rawa having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Seahawks V55 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Green Horses.
