In the 3rd minute, Grigor Dombev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Laziali fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Laziali's Tencho Mihalev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tencho Mihalev kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Dobromir Chachulov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nikola Drinov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Бенковски Тетевен's Vaklin Kortov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuil Neychev in the 19th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Бенковски Тетевен got a freekick which was hit by Vihren Shestakov. 23 minutes into the match, Бенковски Тетевен's goalkeeper Vaklin Kortov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doncho Tzvetkov. In the 26th minute, Paolo Di Canio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Laziali's zone, Mavrudi Tunev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikola Drinov came out of the goal and Mavrudi Tunev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Laziali's Tencho Mihalev got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Paolo Di Canio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laziali's Nikola Drinov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vaklin Kortov was a little too slow when Emanuil Neychev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Stoyan Gyuzelev put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Laziali:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Бенковски Тетевен:s goal. Nikola Drinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Di Canio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Бенковски Тетевен was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliyan Nochev to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Paolo Di Canio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikola Drinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tencho Mihalev to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game, Mavrudi Tunev fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nikola Drinov having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Laziali got a freekick which was hit by Grigor Dombev. Бенковски Тетевен's Paolo Di Canio got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Doncho Tzvetkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikola Drinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Di Canio in the 63rd minute of the match. Paolo Di Canio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Nikola Drinov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 67thth minute of the game Paolo Di Canio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laziali's Nikola Drinov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Di Canio in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikola Drinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vaklin Kortov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tencho Mihalev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laziali were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Бенковски Тетевен's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Doncho Tzvetkov took the corner. The corner ended in Doncho Tzvetkov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Бенковски Тетевен's Vaklin Kortov did a great save. After 81 minutes of play, Laziali's Doncho Tzvetkov made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vaklin Kortov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vaklin Kortov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tencho Mihalev, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 85 minutes of play, Laziali's Grigor Dombev made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vaklin Kortov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dobromir Chachulov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikola Drinov having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Di Canio in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikola Drinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th match minute, Бенковски Тетевен was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Saparevski to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Бенковски Тетевен players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Laziali.
