In the 10th minute Pietari Jaakkola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Alfred Ruohonen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Liverpool FC booed when Kultapossukerho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalevi Kiprusoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pietari Jaakkola came free, but Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arto Hytönen in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pietari Jaakkola in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Kultapossukerho's Pietari Jaakkola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Perttu Kamppunen could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst however easily saved by the left post. In the 26thth minute of the game Arto Hytönen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool FC's Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfred Ruohonen scored 3-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 minutes of play, Kultapossukerho's Perttu Kamppunen made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 32 played minutes Kultapossukerho got a freekick which was hit by Jonni Laaksonen. Sulo Lahtela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuukka Liimatainen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tahvo Seppä couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.
In the 52nd minute Kultapossukerho were awarded a corner. Kalevi Kiprusoff went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Jonni Laaksonen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Ruohonen in the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Perttu Kamppunen during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 58 minutes, Pietari Jaakkola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kultapossukerho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pietari Jaakkola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pietari Jaakkola went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Kalevi Kiprusoff struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kultapossukerho. Kultapossukerho's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Ilmo Kaven scored to the left of an out of position Sulo Lahtela, making the score, 6-1. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pietari Jaakkola in the 68th minute of the match. Arto Hytönen took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilmo Kaven during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ilmo Kaven hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Ruohonen in the 76th minute of play forced Liverpool FC's goalkeeper Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Liverpool FC's Tuukka Liimatainen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sulo Lahtela. Sulo Lahtela yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-2. 88 minutes into the match, Liverpool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arto Hytönen came free, but Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Ruohonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Liverpool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmer Harjanne to maneuver through the defense. With 95 minutes on the clock, Elmer Harjanne commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the referee ended the match the Kultapossukerho players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
