An unexpectedly hard shot by Mei Wei Li in the 5th minute of play forced SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Alexander Strzelczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes SSV Ulm 1846's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kong Gang Feng who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Kong Gang Feng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SSV Ulm 1846's Alexander Strzelczyk did a great save. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Kong Gang Feng put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk. In the 12th minute, Mei Wei Li hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mei Wei Li came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the West Staines Massive fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mei Wei Li couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Kong Gang Feng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Strzelczyk was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute West Staines Massive were awarded a corner. Kong Gang Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. 27 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Alexander Strzelczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kong Gang Feng. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Lucas Mårtensson sped through SSV Ulm 1846's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when West Staines Massive's Mei Wei Li in the 32nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Alexander Strzelczyk was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for SSV Ulm 1846 through an amazing save. When Dario Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Staines Massive's protests and gave Dario Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, West Staines Massive was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Theodor Adorno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klemens Hugo in the 37th minute of the match. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SSV Ulm 1846! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kong Gang Feng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Mei Wei Li shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Strzelczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mei Wei Li's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Strzelczyk was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Alexander Strzelczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mei Wei Li, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Kong Gang Feng put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk. 62 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goal looked a bit too open when Kong Gang Feng came free, but Alexander Strzelczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute of the match West Staines Massive got a corner. SSV Ulm 1846's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kong Gang Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. West Staines Massive's Kong Gang Feng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alexander Strzelczyk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to West Staines Massive getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Lucas Mårtensson hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Kong Gang Feng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk. SSV Ulm 1846's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kong Gang Feng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 80th minute Deividas Laužikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Strzelczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mei Wei Li in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Strzelczyk saved SSV Ulm 1846 from getting behind. If Noel Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the game, West Staines Massive's Lucas Mårtensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Strzelczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After some careless play in the SSV Ulm 1846 defense, Kong Gang Feng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Strzelczyk. The SSV Ulm 1846 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Strzelczyk should have stopped the shot. Alexander Strzelczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Gang Feng in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the West Staines Massive players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
