After 8 minutes, Eugen Boedefeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Bad Harzburg and the DJK Füchtel Vechta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Boedefeld. Tim Wiese stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Vielmann's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Tim Wiese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Vielmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folke Vielmann in the 19th minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Tim Wiese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Jakob didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Christoph Tiede fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DJK Füchtel Vechta's protests and gave Christoph Tiede a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuel Schrappe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kai Hilljegerdes. DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Kai Hilljegerdes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halldor Sönksen in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of DJK Füchtel Vechta booed when SV Bad Harzburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry von Stetten didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamal Gläsel to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Vielmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willi Rau hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Felix Agu shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese to catch but Felix Agu was lucky. It became 2-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. In the 84th minute Jamal Gläsel suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Larry von Stetten's late challenge caught a DJK Füchtel Vechta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Larry von Stetten helped the player get up and apologised. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Janusz Woche was substituted for Jamal Gläsel. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SV Bad Harzburg! Tim Wiese had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Felix Agu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Janusz Woche hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Vielmann in the 94th minute of play. In the 99thth minute of the game Janusz Woche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
