But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Zbora couldn't finish the play. Adrian Zbora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Martin Găvănescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Emerald defense, Danil Merkushev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Găvănescu. The Emerald fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Găvănescu should have stopped the shot. Cristian Diculescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marian Basarab could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danil Merkushev in the 19th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Martin Găvănescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emerald's Isac Manciulescu got his second yellow card of the match in the 19th minute. The referee ordered Isac Manciulescu off the ground. The supporters of Buffalo Timişoara booed when Emerald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Manciulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrian Zbora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Găvănescu. That made the score 1-9 in the 92 minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Marin Tufescu lined in a short shot 1-10 behind a frustrated Martin Găvănescu.
