Jonathan Petersson started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver got control of the ball when Ernie Ball tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernie Ball in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Big Saver saved -BZF- Barca de Buzau from getting behind. Quique Doro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When Quique Doro fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's protests and gave Quique Doro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of -BZF- Barca de Buzau booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quique Doro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sebastian Gentiletti fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Barca de Buzau's protests and gave Sebastian Gentiletti a yellow card for diving instead. Francisco Guerrero charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Guerrero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Francisco Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24thth minute of the game Diego Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Big Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernie Ball in the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Sanderson Cabeleira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sanderson Cabeleira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Edgar-Allan Doro got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Big Saver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernie Ball. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sanderson Cabeleira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Big Saver made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ernie Ball sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's zone, Sebastian Gentiletti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Comizzo came out of the goal and Sebastian Gentiletti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

-BZF- Barca de Buzau's Nae Istrătescu was substituted for Silvano Quinteros. The wind increased when Ernie Ball made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Octavian Balc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavian Balc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanderson Cabeleira in the 60th minute of play. Sanderson Cabeleira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Angel Comizzo made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Petersson in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Comizzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute Albano Faron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar-Allan Doro during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar-Allan Doro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Petersson in the 86th minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Ernie Ball managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernie Ball was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Big Saver stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernie Ball's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting a goal against them. Angel Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sanderson Cabeleira in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti had won after a very even match.
