Ernie Ball might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alin Micescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernie Ball ran back to his position shaking his head. Angel Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Odobescu in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Munteanu in the 33rd minute of play forced Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Ernie Ball in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 47th match minute, FC Psihopel BM-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Odobescu to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gheorghe Odobescu to make the kick off. FC Psihopel BM-MM- were furious when Sandu Mihu was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Alin Micescu had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Diego Tristan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s zone, Ernie Ball stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alin Micescu came out of the goal and Ernie Ball tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes, Quique Doro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti and the FC Psihopel BM-MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Quique Doro hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernie Ball in the 69th minute of play forced FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s goalkeeper Alin Micescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Ernie Ball ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alin Micescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Ernie Ball came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernie Ball couldn't finish the play. Bogdan Nastac hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Ernie Ball scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alin Micescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Ernie Ball cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Alin Micescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Octavian Balc kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ernie Ball's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alin Micescu was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 87th match minute, FC Psihopel BM-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Ghiurutan to maneuver through the defense. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Quique Doro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ferdinand Ghiurutan in the 91 minute of the game. In the 92nd minute Ernie Ball shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Micescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s Alin Micescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernie Ball in the 94th minute of play. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
