A collision led to Ulan Bator Football Club getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Paulus Persoens hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Van der Meiren in the 8th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Nicolaas Van Hamme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolaas Van Hamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Pellegrims in the 10th minute of play. Nicolaas Van Hamme came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ulan Bator Football Club's Willem-Jan Coussement. But to his dismay, Willem-Jan Coussement quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Willem-Jan Coussement fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolaas Van Hamme having to interfere. Quentin De Prins hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ulan Bator Football Club's Guust Bautmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 24th minute of play. Willem-Jan Coussement succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 26th playminute. Nicolaas Van Hamme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willem-Jan Coussement, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Gwenn Preuveneer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolaas Van Hamme didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. 35 minutes into the game, Luke Van der Meiren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulan Bator Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Paal-Tervant the free kick. Joost Rummens hit a great ball. Nicolaas Van Hamme was a little too slow when Garry Brabant got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 4-1. Luckas De Wortelaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Guust Bautmans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsene Vermeulen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guust Bautmans having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

KFC Paal-Tervant's Nicolaas Van Hamme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willem-Jan Coussement in the 52nd minute of play. After 58 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Jorne Verhofstadt. When Manu Gyselinx came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manu Gyselinx couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Arsene Vermeulen from a close distance when the talented Guust Bautmans managed to make a qualified save. Ulan Bator Football Club's players were relieved. The supporters of Ulan Bator Football Club booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joost Rummens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Willem-Jan Coussement came free, but Nicolaas Van Hamme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Luckas De Wortelaers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luckas De Wortelaers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsene Vermeulen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Guust Bautmans when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 77th match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Verbeeck to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match Dyllan Cools sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolaas Van Hamme skillfully saved the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Roger Goos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Ulan Bator Football Club booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Verbeeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolaas Van Hamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Pellegrims in the 100th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ulan Bator Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while KFC Paal-Tervant had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
