Arnauld Gramet hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Van Impe to maneuver through the defense. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omer Vandamme, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Waut Limpens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Armentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Omer Vandamme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Omer Vandamme to make the kick off. After some careless play in the de belletrekkers defense, Omer Vandamme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristiaan Van de Velde. The de belletrekkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristiaan Van de Velde should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in de belletrekkers's zone, Cadwaladr Carabajal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristiaan Van de Velde came out of the goal and Cadwaladr Carabajal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omer Vandamme in the 76th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of North Hill United booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georges-Philippe van Haghten didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Hill United's Mil Vandamme was substituted for Omer Vandamme. Douglas Loosen's late challenge caught a de belletrekkers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Loosen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of de belletrekkers booed when North Hill United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnauld Gramet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes North Hill United got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Clement. Kristiaan Van de Velde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mil Vandamme's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. North Hill United fully deserved thier win.
