Fox Hunting Squad were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after KV Schoonwater's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jorg Vrijdags took the corner. After taking down the ball on Fox Hunting Squad's corner Jorg Vrijdags fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Sterckmans quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorg Vrijdags in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Sterckmans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kasper De Cat hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gillis Lembrechts in the 20th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Van Elsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armand Hemeleers in the 31st minute of the match. KV Schoonwater's Artur Sterckmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorg Vrijdags in the 33rd minute of play. Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gillis Lembrechts in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorg Vrijdags got free with Artur Sterckmans in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Carl Van Cleijnenbruegel fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KV Schoonwater's protests and gave Carl Van Cleijnenbruegel a yellow card for diving instead. 39 minutes into the game, one of KV Schoonwater:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Artur Sterckmans had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Jorg Vrijdags's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Vanden Driessche came free, but Mats Van Elsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Gillis Lembrechts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mats Van Elsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Vanden Driessche in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Gillis Lembrechts made the kick off in the second half. KV Schoonwater's Artur Sterckmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorg Vrijdags in the 55th minute of play. Mats Van Elsen made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Gregorie Kloots sent off a good shot on target. After 63 minutes of play, Fox Hunting Squad's Tibau Leemans made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Sterckmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! 71 minutes into the game, Fox Hunting Squad's Jorg Vrijdags nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artur Sterckmans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a little luck, Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen got control of the ball when Gregorie Kloots tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute Mattias Vanden Driessche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Van Elsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KV Schoonwater's Mattias Vanden Driessche got a free kick in the 85th minute. Rens Waterloos hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute Gillis Lembrechts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Van Elsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of KV Schoonwater's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. KV Schoonwater may have spent more time on the ball, but Fox Hunting Squad were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
