Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC NILS's Filip Örtlund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Filip Örtlund made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. LA VIOLA's Stig Byström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Boberg in the 8th minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Stig Byström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Byström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Örtlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC NILS's Zebastian Palmkvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stig Byström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stig Byström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Örtlund went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Filip Örtlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig Byström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match FC NILS got a corner. LA VIOLA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zebastian Palmkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Zebastian Palmkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stig Byström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Örtlund in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig Byström saved LA VIOLA from getting behind. Stig Byström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Boberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Christer Boberg came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FC NILS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christer Boberg couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Filip Örtlund sped through LA VIOLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stig Byström. FC NILS's Filip Örtlund got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig Byström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zebastian Palmkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Zebastian Palmkvist made a precise shot to the right of Stig Byström. LA VIOLA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Örtlund in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Byström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The FC NILS fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when FC NILS's Filip Örtlund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Stig Byström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 44th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Filip Örtlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Stig Byström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half FC NILS were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maria Lunden made a kick off. LA VIOLA's Stig Byström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Örtlund in the 55th minute of play. Stig Byström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Örtlund in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Örtlund in the 62nd minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Stig Byström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Zebastian Palmkvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in LA VIOLA's zone, Filip Örtlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stig Byström came out of the goal and Filip Örtlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Alfons Mera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig Byström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Örtlund in the 71st minute of play. After 75 minutes, Filip Örtlund made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. LA VIOLA's Stig Byström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC NILS's Florencio Gaueko was substituted for Pol Putov. Darin Bozduganov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Stig Byström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darin Bozduganov in the 91st minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Stig Byström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match, Darin Bozduganov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Stig Byström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Darin Bozduganov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Darin Bozduganov came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the FC NILS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darin Bozduganov couldn't finish the play. FC NILS played a much better game than LA VIOLA and deserved their victory. The LA VIOLA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
