The referee showed Niclas Hjälm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Kurdish Warriors getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. In the 36th minute August Kling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Enström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Enström came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kurdish Warriors's Sven-Arne Gustafsson. But to his dismay, Sven-Arne Gustafsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christer Wästerberg was the one to do the kick off. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes FC Kurdish Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Lind. A collision led to Lirarnas Lag getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Örjan Håning hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute August Kling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Enström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Feliu lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 61 minutes into the game, one of Lirarnas Lag:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Lirarnas Lag booed when FC Kurdish Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes Lirarnas Lag got a freekick which was hit by Luo Gang Zhan. Wictor Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lirarnas Lag's Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Kurdish Warriors's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lirarnas Lag's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Hagström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, FC Kurdish Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille came free, but Wictor Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wictor Hagström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wictor Hagström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. August Kling hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Wictor Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. FC Kurdish Warriors's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
