Elof Hedin started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind AIK FOTBOLL's goalkeeper Arne Kilström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes AIK FOTBOLL got a freekick which was hit by Elof Hedin. A collision led to AIK FOTBOLL getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Viggo Harlén hit a great ball. Niklas Ålberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Arne Kilström made a huge save. Eric Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elof Hedin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Johan Kuse notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BK Tåfjutt's Eric Olofsson. Eric Olofsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half AIK FOTBOLL were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

BK Tåfjutt's Lukas Melander was substituted for Olof Soned. The wind increased when Lukas Melander made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elof Hedin in the 54th minute of play forced BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Eric Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elof Hedin in the 62nd minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Elof Hedin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eric Olofsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AIK FOTBOLL made a substitution. Pedro Paulo Mesquita replaced Elof Hedin. AIK FOTBOLL's Benne Speed was substituted for Wen Hong Qing. In the 67th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Paulo Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, BK Tåfjutt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Wiklund to maneuver through the defense. When Pedro Paulo Mesquita came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the AIK FOTBOLL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Paulo Mesquita couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Lukas Melander put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Arne Kilström. 75 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goalkeeper Eric Olofsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Paulo Mesquita. 83 minutes into the match, Pedro Paulo Mesquita notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of BK Tåfjutt's Eric Olofsson. Eric Olofsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedro Paulo Mesquita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. A throw-in in the 88th minute of the game was made by Sten Wiklund with Nicklas Qvarnström as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AIK FOTBOLL had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
