Hummerfiskarna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Eugen Iurașcu scored to the left of an out of position Gottfrid Kullander, making the score, 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Stjärnblomster's Eugen Iurașcu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gottfrid Kullander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Måns Deckbergh was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Hummerfiskarna's Måns Deckbergh got a free kick in the 13th minute. Gottfrid Kullander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Vallejos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noah Eriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philip Gallin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noah Eriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th match minute, Hummerfiskarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. Stjärnblomster's Eugen Iurașcu got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute Noah Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Gallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gottfrid Kullander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugen Iurașcu in the 34th minute. Stjärnblomster's Philip Gallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noah Eriksson in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Hummerfiskarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Smedfeldt to maneuver through the defense. Hummerfiskarna's Gottfrid Kullander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Hummerfiskarna from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stjärnblomster's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rasmus Månsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Hummerfiskarna's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Rasmus Månsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Philip Gallin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Stjärnblomster's Aprígio Aleixo was substituted for Patrik Smefeldt. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noah Eriksson made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Hummerfiskarna's Noah Eriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. If Noah Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Hummerfiskarna's Jonatan Smedfeldt got a free kick in the 81st minute. Stjärnblomster's Tony Klint was substituted for Guto Alagoano.
