Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jonsereds IF's Fredric Berg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Monia&Ibrahim got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Åkerström. Lennart Samuelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Wennerström in the 3rd minute. Kurt Bruse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. If Hubert Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Sundberg took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Bruse. Kurt Bruse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Monia&Ibrahim's goalkeeper Lennart Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredric Berg. Harry Vallman's late challenge caught a Jonsereds IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Vallman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Monia&Ibrahim's Harry Vallman got a free kick in the 17th minute. Jonsereds IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Wennerström in the 20th minute. The corner led to Jonsereds IF's Robert Vidman getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Lucas Danielsson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Fredric Berg came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lennart Samuelsson could save by the left post. In the 29th minute Lennart Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Bruse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredric Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Monia&Ibrahim's goalkeeper Lennart Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredric Berg. The supporters of Monia&Ibrahim booed when Jonsereds IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexander Nyberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Monia&Ibrahim's zone, Hubert Högström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Samuelsson came out of the goal and Hubert Högström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lennart Samuelsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredric Berg's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Robert Vidman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jonsereds IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 61st minute Fredric Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Monia&Ibrahim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Vallman to maneuver through the defense. Lennart Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Vidman in the 66th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Fredric Berg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lennart Samuelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Jonsereds IF's Hubert Högström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lennart Samuelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lennart Samuelsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredric Berg went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Berg in the 88th minute of play forced Monia&Ibrahim's goalkeeper Lennart Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monia&Ibrahim's Lennart Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Berg in the 91st minute of play. Jonsereds IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
