Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Noel Tinoco made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, SLB TELHA's Aristides Espírito Santo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zarco Bandeira. Zarco Bandeira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Tinoco came free, but Manuel Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gusmão Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Tinoco in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Cruz came free, but Manuel Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gusmão Moreira in the 26th minute of play. Manuel Esteves came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco. But to his dismay, Noel Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Manuel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gusmão Moreira in the 34th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Noel Tinoco notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves. Manuel Esteves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of SLB TELHA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MZ Fénix:s goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aristides Espírito Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through a series of nice moves, MZ Fénix's Gusmão Moreira on his own came free in the 53rd minute of the match and shot 1-3 behind a disappointed Manuel Esteves. Noel Tinoco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Manuel Esteves made a huge save. Cesário Laureano got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Marco Pinhal. Manuel Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Tinoco came free, but Manuel Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Noel Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Manuel Esteves. That made the score 1-5 after 75 minutes of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Manuel Esteves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Cesário Laureano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noel Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Esteves having to interfere. Rubim Jesus kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Noel Tinoco scored 1-6 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Esteves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manuel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Tinoco in the 88th minute of play. Noel Tinoco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When Noel Tinoco came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the MZ Fénix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Tinoco couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, SLB TELHA's Manuel Esteves got control of the ball when Noel Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. MZ Fénix played a much better game than SLB TELHA and deserved their victory. The SLB TELHA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
