Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Feodor Thelen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leander Uliassi in the 5th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's Cillian Zellweger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feodor Thelen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Denis Lambrozzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leander Uliassi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feodor Thelen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Feodor Thelen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leander Uliassi's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. When Leander Uliassi came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Fire Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leander Uliassi couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Gualtiero Nacht had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Toto Caputo. Fire Devils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gualtiero Nacht was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 29 minutes, Gualtiero Nacht made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Fire Devils's Toto Caputo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34thth minute of the game Leander Uliassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelg FC's Feodor Thelen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leander Uliassi struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Feodor Thelen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fire Devils. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leander Uliassi in the 42nd minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Feodor Thelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualtiero Nacht was the one to do the kick off. Toto Caputo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualtiero Nacht, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Feodor Thelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leander Uliassi in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Gilberto Theissl got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Fire Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Eugene Mullis came free, but Toto Caputo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leander Uliassi in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feodor Thelen saved Zelg FC from getting behind. After having played for 72 minutes, Eugene Mullis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zelg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugene Mullis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toto Caputo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualtiero Nacht in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, Zelg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willem Migneault to maneuver through the defense. Feodor Thelen came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Fire Devils's Leander Uliassi. But to his dismay, Leander Uliassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Toto Caputo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugene Mullis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerard Herger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Toto Caputo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Fire Devils lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
