The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hendrik Trolla in the 3rd minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ailar Heinväli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ailar Heinväli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hendrik Trolla, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The audience was convinced that Hendrik Trolla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ailar Heinväli was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Hendrik Trollas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Ailar Heinväli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ailar Heinväli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hendrik Trolla in the 25th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Ailar Heinväli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 28th minute, Leopold Vabamüürlane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tapa Athlétic™ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ivo Mäekala hit a great ball. After 30 minutes, Gerd Karmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tapa Athlétic™ and the JK Kurevere players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Gerd Karmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Hendrik Trolla managed to get in a good position for a shot. JK Kurevere's supporters rose to their feet, but Hendrik Trolla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ailar Heinväli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hendrik Trolla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Ailar Heinväli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 34 minutes Tapa Athlétic™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ailar Lahe who took care of the corner kick. JK Kurevere's Ailar Lahe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ailar Heinväli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Leopold Vabamüürlane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Volli Laineste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ailar Heinväli made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tapa Athlétic™'s Roland Veski got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ailar Heinväli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hendrik Trolla in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Hendrik Trolla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hendrik Trolla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ailar Heinväli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Hendrik Trolla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Kurevere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hendrik Trolla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hendrik Trolla to make the kick off. When Volli Laineste came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the JK Kurevere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volli Laineste couldn't finish the play. In the 52ndth minute of the game Volli Laineste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapa Athlétic™'s Ailar Heinväli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ailar Heinväli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hendrik Trolla, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Georg Pärn kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Hendrik Trolla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JK Kurevere fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ailar Lahe's late challenge caught a Tapa Athlétic™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ailar Lahe helped the player get up and apologised. JK Kurevere's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Kuldar Eluvee scored to the left of an out of position Olavi Pulver, making the score, 2-2. 70 minutes into the game, Volli Laineste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JK Kurevere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tapa Athlétic™ the free kick. Olavi Pulver made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Kuldar Eluvee sent off a good shot on target. Jaan Haljasorg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavi Pulver having to interfere. When Volli Laineste came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the JK Kurevere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volli Laineste couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
