Lars Obrestad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cent Haugsvær. Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Liknes came free, but Cent Haugsvær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Kvernmo came free, but Cent Haugsvær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Daustad's Sebastian Kvernmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karsten Hveding showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Nordtveit in the 30th minute of the match. Cent Haugsvær stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Liknes's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Ken Nordtveit struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Karsten Hveding didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheeky Nuts United. Jaime Urdin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Urdin got free with Karsten Hveding in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute Cheeky Nuts United were awarded a corner. Frode Norum went to the cornerflag to take it. The Cheeky Nuts United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Daustad were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Urdin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cent Haugsvær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Liknes in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Jaime Urdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Hveding saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Jaime Urdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Urdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Daustad booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stian Hammeren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karsten Hveding showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Urdin in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Nordtveit in the 67th minute of play forced Daustad's goalkeeper Karsten Hveding to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Christer Kaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cent Haugsvær saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ken Nordtveit charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ken Nordtveit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Cheeky Nuts United got a freekick which was hit by Ken Nordtveit. In the 72nd minute, Ken Nordtveit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87thth minute of the game Ken Nordtveit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Daustad's Karsten Hveding was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niko Koivu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Hveding having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Dyrnes to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Frode Norum hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Daustad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
