Ignacio Mikelar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Benicio Senen made a huge save. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Maraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nunez Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Errecaborda AFC's Jonatan Ursino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benicio Senen. That made the score 2-2 after 47 minutes of play.

53 minutes into the game, Errecaborda AFC's Ignacio Mikelar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Senen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After some careless play in the AFC FUSION defense, Ernesto Venceslao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Senen. The AFC FUSION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Senen should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Arias got free with Teo Lico in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Jonatan Ursino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benicio Senen. AFC FUSION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonatan Ursino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. After 66 played minutes, AFC FUSION's Leonel Gonsalve shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teo Lico came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC FUSION reached it. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Silvestre Veronica hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Ernesto Venceslao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benicio Senen was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mikelar in the 75th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Benicio Senen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nunez Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Marcelo Eztebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Senen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Teo Lico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nunez Ariass short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Teo Lico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 88 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Mikelar.
