In the 3rd minute, Ignacio Derwin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hernan Berenguer. The goal made the score 1-0. Erasmo Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Thomas in the 6th minute of play. Domingo Jon kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Isidor came free, but Erasmo Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Ixona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Thomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Hurboc got a freekick which was hit by John Wick. 14 minutes into the game, Eusebio Koldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Erasmo Ixona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anier Eufrasio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hernan Berenguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cosme Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Hurboc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Thomas couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Ixona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaudencio Isidor went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 38 minutes, Eusebio Koldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hurboc and the Marlin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Esdras. After 45 played minutes, Hurboc's Mauro Iago shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erasmo Ixona came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hurboc reached it. In the 47th minute, Ignacio Derwin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

The wind increased when Ignacio Derwin made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Isidor came free, but Erasmo Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Erasmo Ixona managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Hurboc's John Wick fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Marlin FC's Erasmo Ixona got control of the ball when John Wick tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Derwin to maneuver through the defense. Marlin FC's Erasmo Ixona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Marlin FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Derwin in the 69th minute of play forced Hurboc's goalkeeper Hernan Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosme Thomas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Erasmo Ixona made a huge save. In the 78th minute, Nereo Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernan Berenguer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Eufrasio in the 80th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Koldo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erasmo Ixona. That made the score 2-3 in the 82 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Anier Eufrasio got a free kick in the 85th minute. During the 86th minute of the match Eusebio Koldo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eusebio Koldo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 87 played minutes Hurboc got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Koldo. In the 90th minute, one of Hurboc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hurboc. The Hurboc players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Marlin FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
