Marlin FC's Nereo Henry got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th match minute, Justicialista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Lugo to maneuver through the defense. When Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Justicialista FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gilberto Garaile kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Alonzo Arnau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Ixona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Jon in the 12th minute of play forced Justicialista FC's goalkeeper Conrado Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Patricio Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Arnau in the 22nd minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Arnau in the 22nd minute of play. Erasmo Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Romildo in the 26th minute of play. But to his dismay, Raul Gumaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Justicialista FC's Raul Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignacio Derwin might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Guillelmus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Derwin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rdth minute of the game Javier Romildo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marlin FC's Erasmo Ixona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erasmo Ixona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Gumaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Erasmo Ixona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Guillelmus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anier Eufrasio went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marlin FC's Domingo Jon got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Eufrasio in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute, Ignacio Derwin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Conrado Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Derwin in the 54th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Erasmo Ixona successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marlin FC's Erasmo Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Romildo in the 58th minute of play. Conrado Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Eufrasio in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match, Nemesio Muc got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erasmo Ixona was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 76 minutes into the game, Marlin FC's Anier Eufrasio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Guillelmus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 81st minute, Nereo Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Marlin FC's Erasmo Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Gumaro in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Domingo Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Marlin FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Arnaldo Darien hit a great ball. Marlin FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
