Berutti FC were furious when Braulio Lawrence was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 32 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Palban came free, but Octav Molodețiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Palban in the 32nd minute of play forced Berutti FC's goalkeeper Octav Molodețiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Berutti FC's goalkeeper Octav Molodețiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Palban. Venancio Hodei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Pere in the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, Berutti FC's Octav Molodețiu got control of the ball when Alfonso Palban tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Franja Dorada booed when Berutti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin James didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Raul Castulo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Truylos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Berutti FC played a much better game than Franja Dorada and deserved their victory. The Franja Dorada players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
