With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Lekubegi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enrique Lekubegi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jurand Deput showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play.

When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Isaac Mingo sped through Palermo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Lekubegi. 93 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's Isaac Mingo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Lekubegi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donato Vachon's late challenge caught a RB Chubut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Vachon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Donato Vachon hit a great ball. 6-1 became the score in the 96th minute when Isaac Mingo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RB Chubut had won after a very even match.
