Bicicleta F.C.'s Fausto Roderigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Chuan in the 9th minute of play. Fausto Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Weterio in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, AZURDUY F.C.'s Cipriano Chuan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Roderigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute, AZURDUY F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eleuterio Sotil fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 22 minutes, Eriberto Shantala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AZURDUY F.C. and the Bicicleta F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. AZURDUY F.C.'s Maximino Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beppe Romagnoli in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bicicleta F.C.'s Desiderio Iraitz got a free kick in the 27th minute. AZURDUY F.C.'s Maximino Millan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save AZURDUY F.C. from getting a goal against them. Hüsmen Vahat hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Maximino Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Abascal in the 36th minute of play. AZURDUY F.C.'s Maximino Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Abascal in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Eleuterio Sotil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Weterio in the 42nd minute of play forced Bicicleta F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bicicleta F.C. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Mateo Batista hit a great ball. When Alejo Weterio came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the AZURDUY F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejo Weterio couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Chuan to make the kick off. The supporters of AZURDUY F.C. booed when Bicicleta F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüsmen Vahat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bicicleta F.C.'s Fausto Roderigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bicicleta F.C. from getting a goal against them. Segundo Feliu scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Millan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eleuterio Sotil hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Amador Hitzeder sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Roderigo skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Segundo Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bicicleta F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Feliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cirilo Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Segundo Feliu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bicicleta F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 87th minute Eleuterio Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Millan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippo Degrassi in the 88th minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Maximino Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bicicleta F.C. booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Beliran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beppe Romagnoli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Millan having to make a save. Segundo Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Millan having to interfere.
