After some careless play in the Spams defense, Ariel Tiadoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stipe Pletikosa. The Spams fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stipe Pletikosa should have stopped the shot. Ariel Tiadoro scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stipe Pletikosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute, Erubiel Egun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Diego Milito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stipe Pletikosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The Spams players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MILAN COLOMBIANO were winning 0-4.

Spams's Ramon Lizardi was substituted for Gaspar Pacho. Spams's Melchor Theodore was substituted for Emanuel Mouricio. Melchor Theodore scored 1-4 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Cordarrell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MILAN COLOMBIANO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
