Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guido Shantala started the match with the kick off. Everardo Gipuzkoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hu Jian Liang's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Real Còrdoba FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leopoldo Berart in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Hu Jian Liang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Gipuzkoa was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Atlético Montserrat's Everardo Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Bartolome in the 8th minute of play. Saverio Arlo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Marcelino Bartolome had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Everardo Gipuzkoa. Atlético Montserrat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelino Bartolome was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Marcelino Bartolome took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Gipuzkoa. Everardo Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Real Còrdoba FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Leopoldo Berart hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Lucio Johans sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Helguera skillfully saved the ball. Hu Jian Liang took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Gipuzkoa. Everardo Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hu Jian Liang in the 27th minute of play. Marcelino Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute Marcelino Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Gipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Gipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Berart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Atlético Montserrat got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Emeterio. Sergio Shepherd took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Everardo Gipuzkoa. Everardo Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Everardo Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Yu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Gipuzkoa came out of the goal and Yu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Jian Liang in the 44th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Everardo Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Real Còrdoba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Shantala came free, but Angelino Helguera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hu Jian Liang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Everardo Gipuzkoa made a huge save. 53 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Berart came free, but Everardo Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 minutes, Yu made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Montserrat's Everardo Gipuzkoa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Yu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leopoldo Berart might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Everardo Gipuzkoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leopoldo Berart ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Atlético Montserrat defense, Hu Jian Liang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Gipuzkoa. The Atlético Montserrat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Gipuzkoa should have stopped the shot. Everardo Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Bartolome in the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Hu Jian Liang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Còrdoba FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 76 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Everardo Gipuzkoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hu Jian Liang. Leopoldo Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Bartolome in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Real Còrdoba FC were awarded a corner. Leopoldo Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Real Còrdoba FC's Tomi Akad got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute of the match Cesar Ted shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Helguera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Hu Jian Liang sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Florencio Ferran hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Yu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Everardo Gipuzkoa. The goal made the score 0-8. Real Còrdoba FC made a substitution. Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri replaced Leopoldo Berart.
