San Lorenzo de Sarandi were furious when Marcelino Bento was red carded, 10 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 11th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Bento to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute of the match Apolo Dalmau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leandro Manco skillfully saved the ball. 19 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Cortez came free, but Leandro Manco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Manco came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by ZORZAL01's Nicanor Fero. But to his dismay, Nicanor Fero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 35thth minute of the game Arsenio Maldonado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leandro Manco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Calvino. A collision led to ZORZAL01 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Cristo Hurko hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Feliciano Orlandus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZORZAL01 the free kick. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Orlandus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Natalio Calvino got a free kick in the 44th minute. Mauricio Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Bingen in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Natalio Calvino got a free kick in the 51st minute. Leandro Manco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 52nd minute, Feliciano Orlandus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Natalio Ferman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Francho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Guillelmus hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Lázaro Darien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Firmo to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Bingen in the 87th minute of play. After 93 minutes, Cristo Hurko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZORZAL01 and the San Lorenzo de Sarandi players grew even worse after the yellow card. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leandro Manco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Firmo in the 96th minute of play. When ZORZAL01's Benjamin Firmo in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalie prevented a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
