In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Serafin Maurino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Charmander City's Luciano Frisco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafin Maurino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serafin Maurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Vincente in the 21st minute of play. Leandro Gonzalez Pirez charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 91 played minutes Zeledon Sazon could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-3 into the left cross. But to his dismay, Zeledon Sazon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Charmander City had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
