Tomas Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Cable a Tierra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Huly to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Ekain in the 10th minute of play forced Ψ virgen Ψ's goalkeeper Dalmacio Manuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Manuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Ekain in the 10th minute of play. Baltasar Gaitan kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Ψ virgen Ψ booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jonas Birila came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Ψ virgen Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Birila couldn't finish the play. After 17 played minutes Cable a Tierra got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Lugo. Dalmacio Manuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Elixio in the 19th minute of play. Victoriano Eztebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Dalmacio Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Eusebio Gorosti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cable a Tierra's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Gorosti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Manuelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Edelmiro Eriz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Garikoitz in the 33rd minute. Edelmiro Eriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Edelmiro Eriz made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Claudio Garikoitz sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Cable a Tierra's Eusebio Gorosti got a free kick in the 36th minute. Victorino Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Eriz having to interfere. Dalmacio Manuelo came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan. But to his dismay, Baltasar Gaitan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 44 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Gaitan came free, but Dalmacio Manuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ψ virgen Ψ's Fausto Gonzales was substituted for Pablo Sayvion. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Baltasar Gaitan made the kick off in the second half. Baltasar Gaitan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dalmacio Manuelo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Gaitan in the 62nd minute of play forced Ψ virgen Ψ's goalkeeper Dalmacio Manuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ virgen Ψ's zone, Eusebio Gorosti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Manuelo came out of the goal and Eusebio Gorosti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmacio Manuelo. That made the score 0-2 after 66 minutes of play. Dalmacio Manuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Gaitan got free with Dalmacio Manuelo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Eusebio Gorosti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ψ virgen Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquilino Guerrero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
