The referee ignored Momentum FC's protests and gave Modesto Kaiet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Kaiet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Eleazar made in the 9th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Carmelo Gaxan immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Kaiet in the 10th minute of play forced ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's goalkeeper Roberto Abbondanzieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Abbondanzieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rando Raudsoo in the 12th minute of play. Carmelo Gaxan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Sergio Goycochea made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's goal looked a bit too open when Rando Raudsoo came free, but Roberto Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Brun in the 22nd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Sergio Goycochea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 25th minute Modesto Kaiet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Abbondanzieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Modesto Kaiet made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Abbondanzieri. ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Haroldo Perfecto's late challenge caught a ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Perfecto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Kaiet was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Batista came free, but Sergio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Momentum FC's Bernardo Ihintza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Damian Eleazar in the 54 minute of the game. Roberto Abbondanzieri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rando Raudsoo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Carmelo Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Goycochea having to interfere. Sergio Goycochea came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's Carmelo Gaxan. But to his dismay, Carmelo Gaxan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Cisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 71 minutes, Rando Raudsoo made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's Roberto Abbondanzieri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Rando Raudsoo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roberto Abbondanzieri. The goal made the score 1-8. After 78 played minutes Momentum FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Perfecto. In the 80th minute, Delmiro Brun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-8. After a rather tough play, ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ's Damian Eleazar got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to ᑎᗝᖇ丅ᕼᗴᖇᑎ ᒪᎥǤᕼ丅ᔕ getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Adan Unax hit a great ball. Felix Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Momentum FC's Ladislao Blai got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play Momentum FC's Modesto Kaiet was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Momentum FC's Modesto Kaiet got a free kick in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Brun in the 95th minute of play forced Momentum FC's goalkeeper Sergio Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Delmiro Brun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Goycochea was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-8.
