Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luis Romero kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Ekain in the 8th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Eustaquio Elivareo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Eleuterio Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Eustaquio Elivareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Gaitan in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Gorosti came free, but Eustaquio Elivareo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Maximiliano Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Elivareo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan. But to his dismay, Baltasar Gaitan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fernan Lugo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Eustaquio Elivareo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cable a Tierra. After 26 played minutes El Renacer del Quijano FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Jax. 28 minutes into the match, Luis Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Eriz, 1-1. Cable a Tierra's Edelmiro Eriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Cable a Tierra from getting a goal against them. Tomas Huly made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eleuterio Ekain however managed to control. Eusebio Gorosti hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Eleuterio Ekain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Baltasar Gaitan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustaquio Elivareo. El Renacer del Quijano FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baltasar Gaitan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Eusebio Gorosti came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Cable a Tierra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Gorosti couldn't finish the play. After the first half Cable a Tierra were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltasar Gaitan to strike the kick off in the second half. Edelmiro Eriz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Romero went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Lucas Cisneros hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Jimeno Jax fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Renacer del Quijano FC's protests and gave Jimeno Jax a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Jimeno Jax hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleuterio Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Eustaquio Elivareo made a huge save. Jimeno Jax got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jimeno Jax kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Eustaquio Elivareo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save El Renacer del Quijano FC from getting a goal against them. Eustaquio Elivareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the El Renacer del Quijano FC defense, Eleuterio Ekain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustaquio Elivareo. The El Renacer del Quijano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustaquio Elivareo should have stopped the shot. Eleuterio Ekain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Eustaquio Elivareo made a huge save. Virgilio Chumo didn't quite understand what happened when in the 90 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 91 minutes, Luis Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Renacer del Quijano FC and the Cable a Tierra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Luis Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Cable a Tierra players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
