The referee ignored ENZO FC's protests and gave Tadeo Eguntsenti a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sacronas Futbol Club booed when ENZO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Libertad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Tabor in the 33rd minute of play. Placido Libertad came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacronas Futbol Club's Adrian Pereyra. But to his dismay, Adrian Pereyra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 41st minute Adrian Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Libertad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Libertad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Pereyra in the 43rd minute of play forced ENZO FC's goalkeeper Placido Libertad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Pereyra was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Adrian Pereyra took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Placido Libertad to make any attempt to save it. Adrian Pereyra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Libertad having to interfere. The Sacronas Futbol Club fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Sacronas Futbol Club's Eustaquio Tabor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Placido Libertad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Ticho went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Eustaquio Tabor took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Libertad. Placido Libertad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Placido Libertad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Pereyra, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustaquio Tabor got free with Placido Libertad in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ENZO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Eustaquio Tabor scored to the left of an out of position Placido Libertad, making the score, 0-10. After a rather tough play, Sacronas Futbol Club's Oscar Ortiz got a free kick in the 91st minute. Tadeo Eguntsenti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebio Urdaspal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adrian Pereyra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Libertad was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Eustaquio Tabor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Placido Libertad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
