The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Martinez to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eliseo Jenaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ reached it. Vladimiro Ondino kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Arlo. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Tiburcio Domiku got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eliseo Jenaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Gerónimo Rulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Oto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Fermin Oto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerónimo Rulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Mantzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Vladimiro Ondino kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Eliseo Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Jenaro in the 45th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 47th minute of the game was made by Nestor Harkaitz with Fermin Oto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Astor Bero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Jenaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Gerónimo Rulli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Jenaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Ondino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ the free kick. In the 70th minute, Vladimiro Ondino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Solustiano. 88 minutes into the match, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eliseo Jenaro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Vladimiro Ondino hit a great ball. If Astor Bero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
