Geronimo Modestio hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Haritz in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keylor Navas saved NECKER49 from getting behind. The supporters of NECKER49 booed when Legio X Eqvestris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Legio X Eqvestris's Edgard Michael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Keylor Navas. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Luzaide in the 18th minute of play forced NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Ospin in the 24th minute of the match. Matias Obeko hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Ospin in the 41st minute of play. When Matias Obeko came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Legio X Eqvestris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Obeko couldn't finish the play. Legio X Eqvestris's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Vidal in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guido Haritz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guido Luar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Totakoxe in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Vidal in the 52nd minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Guido Luar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Luar having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Guido Luar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 67th minute, NECKER49's Haroldo Totakoxe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guido Luar. Guido Luar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. NECKER49 made a substitution. Filiberto Garikoitz replaced Haroldo Totakoxe. NECKER49's Remigio Astudillo was substituted for Nicanor Vidal. NECKER49 made a substitution. Franco Muñoz replaced Wilfredo Ebardo. When Hernan Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
