In the 8th minute, chacarita juniors's Jonas Elivareo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Elivareo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of chacarita juniors protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Elivareo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 8th match minute, chacarita juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Nataniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Almeyra F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! The referee gave chacarita juniors a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcial Chepe, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Almeyra F.C.'s Froilan Llorian. 0-1. Rosendo Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Hugo Platon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. chacarita juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Omar Abecia scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Platon, making the score, 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Jimeno Aimar notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Almeyra F.C.'s Froilan Llorian. Froilan Llorian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Aimar in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Llorian saved Almeyra F.C. from getting behind.
61 minutes into the game, Omar Abecia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hugo Platon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Marcial Chepe managed to get in a good position for a shot. chacarita juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Chepe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Llorian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Jimeno Aimar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The chacarita juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 76 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Froilan Llorian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artemio Turi. After 80 played minutes Almeyra F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Bero. 81 minutes in the game, Jimeno Aimar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Froilan Llorian having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Jimeno Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. chacarita juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimeno Aimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Almeyra F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jimeno Aimar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 88th match minute, chacarita juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Eutor to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 91 minutes, Omar Abecia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almeyra F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Abecia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, chacarita juniors's Alfredo Quintun got a free kick in the 92nd minute. chacarita juniors's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
