Camilo Precioso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th match minute, FMArgentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Precioso to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Dalmu missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 5 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Honorato Ur right hand side. Honorato Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Alvarez in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, FMArgentina's Honorato Ur got control of the ball when Mariano Ordono tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Horacio Tuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. FMArgentina's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Tuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Desiderio Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Honorato Ur made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Desiderio Alvarez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Honorato Ur. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Desiderio Alvarez got free with Honorato Ur in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Justino Uxio hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. FMArgentina's Honorato Ur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Fagondo in the 32nd minute of play. Desiderio Alvarez took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorato Ur. Honorato Ur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. FMArgentina's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wilson Cruz 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Desiderio Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to FMArgentina getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Justino Uxio hit a great ball. The supporters of FMArgentina booed when Black Rose 1979 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Bladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Tuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Abreu having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Desiderio Alvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorato Ur was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Honorato Ur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 78th minute, Wilson Cruz made a precise shot to the right of Honorato Ur. FMArgentina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 82 minutes into the game, Black Rose 1979's Jacinto Fagondo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Ur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Black Rose 1979's Carlos Malvin got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Black Rose 1979 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Marcos Bladi hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Desiderio Alvarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorato Ur. FMArgentina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Alvarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 93rd minute, Baldomero Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Black Rose 1979 fully deserved thier win.
