An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Su in the 6th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Passerini in the 7th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Benigno Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Amadeo Su dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andres Ignatius, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Bonadona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Ignatius. Belgrano de Pibasog's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Bonadona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a little luck, Belgrano de Pibasog's Andres Ignatius got control of the ball when Tiburcio Bonadona tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute, Amadeo Su reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andres Ignatius. The goal made the score 3-0. Andres Ignatius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Su, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Andres Ignatius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Su in the 26th minute of the match. La Candela FC's Benigno Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Jara in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Belgrano de Pibasog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Efren to maneuver through the defense. After 39 minutes of play, Belgrano de Pibasog's Alfredo Passerini made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Guillem was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Belgrano de Pibasog booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Alfredo Velazquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Benigno Guillem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Andres Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Su, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Bruno Seguinus hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Sazon came free, but Andres Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Amadeo Su made a precise shot to the right of Andres Ignatius. Belgrano de Pibasog's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Benigno Guillem was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Tadeo Efren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tadeo Efren really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. In the 72nd match minute, La Candela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Gerazan to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 6-3 when Fulgencio Berto sped through Belgrano de Pibasog's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Ignatius. In the 81st minute Fulgencio Berto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Ignatius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 83 minutes, Baldomiro Gonzalez made it 7-3 with a short kick to the right side. Belgrano de Pibasog's Andres Ignatius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, Fulgencio Berto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Ignatius was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-3. Andres Ignatius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Gonzalez went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-3 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Su came free, but Andres Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alfredo Passerini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belgrano de Pibasog's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
