Octavio Lauaxeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Mikelar, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Mikelar came free, but Octavio Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Mi querida Fabiola were awarded a corner. Cristobal Osoro went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Cristobal Osoro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta did a great save. In the 34th minute of the match Simbo FC got a corner. Mi querida Fabiola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feliberto Mouricio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Banegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Tabby was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Feliberto Mouricio was slow to take the kick. During this time Simbo FC's players had a chance to rest. Feliberto Mouricio made a great header on Simbo FC's corner, it was just that Mi querida Fabiola's Efrain Tabby managed to reach the ball for a save. Ramiro Erramu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Efrain Tabby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mi querida Fabiola's Benigno Victoro got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Victoriano Banegas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efrain Tabby. Mi querida Fabiola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Banegas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Simbo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
