The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Americo Duardo hit a great ball. Aldo Colon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bautista got free with Andres Ignatius in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the match, Guido Bautista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Ignatius. Belgrano de Pibasog's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Bautista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Andres Ignatius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Bautista in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Rayman in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Ignatius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Bautista. After a rather tough play, Belgrano de Pibasog's Saverio Baumar got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 21 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Quilo. Guido Bautista received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andres Ignatius came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Bautista slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute Rodrigo Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Rayman charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Rayman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aristides Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Andres Ignatius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Rayman in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Udalaitz in the 31st minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Aldo Colon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Colon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Udalaitz in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Belgrano de Pibasog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37th play minutes Guido Bautista shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Andres Ignatius and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Belgrano de Pibasog's Gaspar Lain got a free kick in the 40th minute. Belgrano de Pibasog's Andres Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Rayman in the 42nd minute of play. Guido Bautista in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andres Ignatius, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Rayman in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Ignatius saved Belgrano de Pibasog from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Guido Bautista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Ignatius having to make a save. Belgrano de Pibasog's Andres Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 59th minute of play. Placido Goizeder made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Club Almirante Brown's Oscar Abascal. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Guido Bautista hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Bautista in the 66th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Bautista scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Ignatius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 73 minutes, Aristides Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almirante Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Rayman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Aristides Rayman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Andres Ignatius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andres Ignatius came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Almirante Brown's Guido Bautista. But to his dismay, Guido Bautista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Belgrano de Pibasog's Andres Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 88th minute of play. Club Almirante Brown were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Belgrano de Pibasog's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Severo Venceslas took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Severo Venceslas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Andres Ignatius quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Guido Bautista took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Ignatius. Andres Ignatius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Club Almirante Brown were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Belgrano de Pibasog for a fine match.
