The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Santa Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Montel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Guido Bautista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Belmiro was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18thth minute of the game Guido Bautista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Uriel Belmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Aristides Rayman sped through Santa Maradona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uriel Belmiro. Santa Maradona's Uriel Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 34th minute of play. Club Almirante Brown's Aldo Colon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Almirante Brown from getting a goal against them. After having played for 46 minutes, Guido Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almirante Brown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Bautista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Aristides Rayman made the kick off in the second half. Uriel Belmiro made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Guido Bautista sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Uriel Belmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santa Maradona's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Aristides Rayman scored to the left of an out of position Uriel Belmiro, making the score, 0-4. Club Almirante Brown's Americo Duardo was substituted for Rodrigo Pierres. After some careless play in the Santa Maradona defense, Guido Bautista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uriel Belmiro. The Santa Maradona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uriel Belmiro should have stopped the shot. Guido Bautista who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Uriel Belmiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 71st minute of the match, Guido Bautista got a very nice opportunity to score, but Uriel Belmiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Uriel Belmiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guido Bautista showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 75 minute of play. Guido Bautista took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Belmiro. Club Almirante Brown's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
