Omar Elazar's late challenge caught a Majadita FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Elazar helped the player get up and apologised. Omar Elazar kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Godfredo Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Benvido having to interfere. Majadita FC's Daniel Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Madaleno in the 23rd minute of play. Daniel Benvido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Godfredo Xabel's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Majadita FC! Majadita FC:s Daniel Benvido showed great skill when he stopped Melchor Mannuel:s penalty. Gerardo Urti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Feliberto Gaskon made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Melchor Mannuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save POSSE 1911 FC from getting a goal against them. Gerardo Urti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Gaskon having to make a save. After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Zeledon Madaleno got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Majadita FC's Daniel Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Xabel in the 44th minute of play. POSSE 1911 FC's Gaston Clodio suffered a sore thigh after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeledon Madaleno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Zeledon Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute of the match, Godfredo Xabel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daniel Benvido was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Godfredo Xabel in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Godfredo Xabel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Benvido when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 96 minutes into the game, Guaberto Hanni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Feliberto Gaskon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Majadita FC fully deserved thier win.
